7.Issa Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred by the client in relation to the services provided.

8.Either party may terminate the service agreement under conditions outlined in the individual client agreement.

9.In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation. This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Issa Consulting is based.

10.These terms and conditions may be amended or updated by Issa Consulting at any time, with such changes effective upon posting to our website.

Ownership and Use of Content

All work products created by Issa Consulting remain our property until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, ownership rights of the finished work transfer to the client. Usage of third-party resources, if any, will be governed by respective licenses and agreements.
